Er. Akhand Dutta is a structural engineer specializing in earthquake-resistant design and the visionary behind CEWA Civil Engineering. As a former placement coordinator for structural engineering at NIT Kurukshetra, he combines academic rigor with mnemonic and story-driven teaching.
